In 2015, my company received a grant through the NJ Tech Act Project, Disability Rights New Jersey, to develop and implement a pilot program designed to engage transition age students with an array of disabilities and teach them about the power of mobile devices.

The goal of the program is to use these devices to increase community integration for individuals with disabilities in the next phase of their life after K-12 education:

• Post secondary education
• Employment
• Community Living

This exciting 6 week program is currently underway and working with my partner, The Arc of Monmouth, we have 30 young adults participating!
